I bring over 25 years of light work and massage experience as a certified massage therapist, Reiki master certified in crystal and sound healing, polarity, acupressure and shamanic practitioner.
I offer massage therapy, revitalizing and emotional releasing work. My work can include sound and crystal vibrational work as well as bodywork.

Overuse of the body, stress and the wrong diet can cause the body to weaken resulting in physical pulls, strains and toxins. Body work promotes circulation, movement, lymphatic drainage and detoxing revitalizing the skin, organs and nervous system.
