Meet Crystal

I bring over 25 years of energy work and massage experience as a licensed massage therapist, Reiki Master certified in crystal and sound healing, polarity, acupressure and as a shamanic practitioner.

Currently working as a Reiki Massage instructor at the Advance School of Massage Therapy.

Overuse of the body, stress and the wrong diet can cause the body to weaken resulting in physical pulls, strains and toxins. Body work promotes circulation, movement, lymphatic drainage and detoxing revitalizing the skin, organs and nervous system.

We are spiritual beings as well as physical and through stilling the mind, respecting the body and trusting the intuitive higher source we can maintain balance and harmony.
